หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Try utmost to maintain the highest level of customer service standard and focus on building up good relationship and teamwork.
• - Report comments and suggestions to the relevant departments.
• - Ensure the customer complaints, comments or compliments response in proper.
• - Maintain working knowledge and all VIP Lounge standards at all times.
• - Ensure that all operational staffs have full safety knowledge and awareness and are confident to work safely under any situations.
• - Ensure working areas are in safe conditions at all times.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's degree in aviation business management, Hospitality, and other related fields.
• - At least 1 year of experience in food, beverage and airline service.
• - Able to communicate in English and TOEIC score test of 550 or above.
• - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• - Good working knowledge of catering and strong of leadership skill.
