Job Scope & Responsibilities: • Training & Development, Onboarding/Orientation, Employee Development Plan, and Organizational Development (OD) processes • HR initiatives and improvement projects • Communications and Employer Branding • Supporting the Employee Engagement Activities • Develop and improve existing HR work processes and procedures • Understand the business needs and support operational efforts through proper HR strategic approaches • HR Reporting • Perform other tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Bachelor of Master degree in in HR/Organizational Development (OD) or related fields (New graduate are WELCOME) Minimum 1 year of working experience in any training and development functions preferably with multinational company Having a graphic design skill Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good command of MS Office especially MS Excel Good end to end understanding of HR processes, policies and case management Positive mindset, multi-task skills, motivation, and fast learner
