Accounting & Finance Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Assist to accounting and finance planning as well as establish accounting and financial systems to be in line with the company's operational guidelines.
• 2.Assist to check accounting records for completeness and accuracy, close accounts, prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and prepare monthly and annual accounting reports, analysis of accounting and financial information to present to senior executives.
• 3.Control and inspect debt settlement payment of debt both domestically and internationally.
• 4.Assist to preparing Cash Flow, money received - money paid, Bank Reconcile and coordinating contract documents, requesting products on bank credit.
• 5.Control the exchange rate, convert baht, various currencies into baht, control bills P/N DOC, P/N IMPORT.
• 6.Assist to controlling and inspecting inventory to be accurate and consistent with accounting entries in the accounting system.
• 7.Assist to control the preparation of the company’s budget. And check and supervise the use of the budget correctly and according to the budget plan laid out.
• 8.Check the commission payment , PND. 3, 53, 50, 51, input tax – output tax Monthly related taxes annually to submit to relevant government agencies.
• 9.Contact government agencies or other agencies relevant agencies such as the Revenue Department, auditors, banks, etc.
• 10.Other duties assigned by supervisor or manager.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• • As an assistant Manager type of import /export business for at least 5 years.
• • Age 35 - 45 years
• • Work under pressure able to solve problems well and deliver the work on time.
• • Location of work at Siamwatercraft and Powersport - Pathumthani
• • Can use English to work well
• • Have CPD License
