Inbound: Manage the coordination with freight forwarder to ensure smooth delivery of shipment to the customer with accuracy on time delivery. Send shipping document to freight forwarder, confirm import duty Prepare document for receiving (find location, manage adjustment grouping bin area) Input receiving data in NAV Outbound: Manage daily transportation plan Send out complaining roll, sample roll to factory (export) Warehouse & Inventory: Maintains inventory information monitoring daily for stock movement and conducting monthly physical counts. Maintains storage area by organizing floor space, racks, waste area, cleaning schedule and recommending improvements. Interpreting company policies to work and enforcing safety regulations. Sales Support: Prepare data for stock meeting Physical check as sale-co request per order if match in NAV Summarize monthly reports to management. Bachelor's degree in Logistic Management or any related field. 3 years proven experience in Supply Chain or Logistic. Hard working, service-oriented with attention to details. An analytical mind with problem-solving skills. Understanding ERP would be an advantage. Very good at English.
