- Manage to print Tax Invoice for delivery to customers. - Cooperate with Customer Service staffs for receive delivery document on time. - Coordinate with Outsource Delivery for smooth delivery as customer requirement. - Response all required documents proper sending to customer with delivery invoice. - Return customer signed Tax Invoice to Account Department on time. - Monthly Delivery Report Submission to Accounting Dept. for Outsource Delivery Payment. - Efficient delivery route settlement to agree with customers’ requirement and safety. - Manage and ensure deliveries are made on time. - Receive sample products from courier, post, air/sea shipments and checking to agree with import documents. - Operate route report to transporters. - Others assigned responsibility by superior.
