Customer Service Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Support customers via chat, email & phone. • Listen to customer concerns, answer customer questions and provide information about products and services on E-commerce platform. • Update necessary information on system. • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors. Keep management informed on issues and problems • Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports • Create a detailed plan of the way in which you plan to impact your team’s day by-day performance

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Native Japanese • English (Intermediate level - B1). • Experience in Customer Service roles or any relevant roles is an advantage. Experience in a high- growth organization strongly preferred Education Qualification: Mandate Bachelor’s Degree
