• Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Oversee the smooth running of day-to-day operations, including retail spaces, finance, human resources, marketing, and customer service. Manage and coordinate administrative and financial tasks, such as budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Develop and implement financial and administrative policies and procedures to ensure effective management of resources and assets. Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and implement a sales and distribution strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values. Manage and motivate a team of employees, including administrative, retail, and production personnel, to ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction. Provide administrative support to senior-level executives as needed. Maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, representing the company at industry events and trade shows. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the business and maintain accurate records of transactions and activities. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the factory and retail spaces, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Production to manage production planning, purchasing, supplier relationships, and production schedules. Monitor and optimize inventory levels, building and managing inventory as needed. Oversee the Sales Support team to ensure the efficient handling of orders and provide necessary documentation for customers. Coordinate delivery and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. Develop and implement staff training, motivation, and perks initiatives to improve employee performance and satisfaction. Educational and Professional Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within a manufacturing or food production environment, preferably in the confectionery industry, with retail management experience a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills, including excellent spoken and written English. Good understanding of financial and budget management. Knowledge of HR and labor regulations in Thailand. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with business software applications.
