Oversea & Logistics Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Identify and evaluate potential overseas suppliers based on factors such as cost, quality, delivery times and customer service
• Negotiate contracts and purchase orders with international suppliers to ensure the best possible terms for the company
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Monitor supplier performance and quality, and work to resolve any issues that arise
• Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and provide regular reports to management
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations and best practices in international procurement

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an international purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with overseas suppliers
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering cost-effective and reliable solutions
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
