• Utilizing competitive analysis, platform selection, benchmarking, message, and audience identification, develop and implement a social media plan.
• To predict the growth of marketing campaigns and the return on investment for digital content, use Google Analytics and other pertinent performance tracking tools.
• Develop and publish material while managing the sources.
• Create, edit, publish, and distribute daily material that inspires community members to take action and fosters meaningful connections (original text, photos, video, or HTML).
• To find new prospects, research available products, services, and current marketing approaches.
• To make the company's social material more visible, create and optimize company pages on each network.
• Continuously enhance your performance by gathering, examining, and acting upon relevant social data/metrics, insights, and best practices.
• Be up to date on the most recent trends and technology in digital marketing; use these new developments when creating campaigns and update ongoing ones to add fresh content.
• Create marketing plan to drive company goal achievement.
• Ensure marketing plan are in line with company goals.
• Ensure compliant advertising and communications through internal & external regulations.
• Manage advertising and communication costs as determined by the company.
• Manage team members to achieve the target.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Knowledge of social media platforms, including how each might be used in various contexts
• Native or proficient Thai speaker with an excellent knowledge of English
• Working knowledge of campaign management or social media marketing will be advantageous.
• It will be advantageous to have knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Positive outlook, attention to detail, and customer focus as well as strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Clear written and vocal Thai and English communication that exudes confidence
• Flexible and ready to change to suit the changing needs of a quick-paced, high-growth business
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing career
