System Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Performs day-to-day computer and network systems operations such as performance monitoring, configuration, maintenance, and repair.
• Develops new application implementation plans, custom scripts, and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability.
• Establishes, maintains and manages users accounts. Installs, modifies, and maintains systems and utility software on server computer systems.
• Monitor data center and computer host systems including hardware and software.
• Stays current with technological developments in systems administration technology and recommends ways for the company to take advantage of new technology.
• Maintain, manage, and troubleshoot infrastructure of server.
• Understand IT infrastructure technologies and landscape (hardware, CI/CD Pipeline, security, network, etc.)
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to servers and their components
• Perform incidents, problems, and escalation management for own area of responsibility
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance services.
• Others as assigned by the Senior Systems Administrator

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
• Knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) / UNIX-based operating system and networking.
• Self-driven learning, keen to know.
• Able to work with a positive attitude.
• Ability to quickly gain a new system skills and to work with new technologies.
• Good team player and has a passion for self-improvement.
• Good analytical, interpersonal communication, and documentation skills.
• Can communicate in English and Thai
