IT Project Management Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Solves organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing requirements; designing computer programs; recommending system controls and protocols. - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. - Coordinate internal resources and third parties or vendors for the flawless execution of projects. - Manage signing off process on contracts and payment process. - Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. - Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation. - Implement and manage change request when necessary to meet project outputs including deployment management. - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. - Report and escalate to management as needed. - Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. - Perform risk management to minimize project risks. - Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. - Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency. - Perform other related duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Have background on Project Management or similar at least 3-5 years. - Strong problem analysis, Problem solving, Analytical and systematic thinking, Self-Managing including mature and good interpersonal skills. - Good command of written and spoken English. - Experience in Agile teams - Proven leadership skills - Expertise in conflict resolution
