Demi Chef de Partie (Cold Kitchen)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Maintains good quality products and presentations according to company standard (i.e.) use records and recipes.
• Follow up the usage of food production charts.
• Maintains and responsible for the completion of the control report (i.e) temperature checklist cleaning schedule, work order, etc.
• Maintains food safety and protection, to include dating, proper storage and rotation, etc.
• Assists associates to complete the job assignment in a safe and professional manner.
• Assist in maintaining clean and sanitized food preparation areas.
• Ensure all Associates follow all job safety regulations and all hazards are reported to Loss Prevention and Engineering.
• Perform any reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law.
• Management reserves the right to make changes to this job description at its sole discretion and without advance notice.
• Above all, to lead by example through a “Hands on” approach to motivate our Associates to excel.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least vocational certificate in culinary and with preference of Bachelor Degree in culinary field
• At least 3 year experiences in culinary operation
• Good in inter-personality and creative skill
• English Communication skill and Micros system
• Complete New Hire Certificate – Kitchen Associates and Essential Skill for supervisor
