Business Development Manager (F&B Industry)

• Develop and execute effective business development strategies to expand the company's presence in the F&B industry.
• Identify and pursue potential business opportunities, including partnersชสhips, collaborations, and client acquisitions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Prospect and onboard new clients, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, and other F&B establishments.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable business deals.
• Identify new market segments and geographical areas for expansion.
• Analyze the feasibility of entering new markets and develop strategic plans for market penetration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth entry into new markets.
• Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to achieve and exceed them.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management
• Implement corrective actions when necessary to optimize sales performance.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and foster business relationships.
• Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, leveraging these connections for business growth.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or higher.
• Proven experience (5 years) in business development or sales roles within the F&B industry
• In-depth knowledge of the F&B market, trends, and consumer behavior.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
