หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Maintain good relationship with existing and new customers
• Develop joint business strategy, goals and marketing plans to achieve sales target
• Forecast, prepare and achieve financial results : sales turnover, promotion and campaign evaluation, P&L, etc.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews. Conduct marketing campaign, review business plan, sales and business problems with key customers
• Negotiating trade term agreement, visibility, marketing budget with key customers
• Analyze market information and competitive activities. Identify new business opportunities and make recommendation to gain new business
• Coordinate with merchandiser team to ensure effective implementation of activities at store
• Make field visit to observe and solve customers’ problems, sales coach and build good relationship with customers
• Prepare presentation, proposal, sales contracts and relevant documents
• Plan and conduct product training to develop sales performance

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in marketing, sales, or Key Account function. FMCG is required.
• Fully understand market / competitor intelligence and identify customer opportunities
• Very good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Good in mathematic and analyzing
