Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and oversee all financial, accounting, and budgeting functions for the group of companies.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's business objectives.
• Analyze and evaluate financial performance, and present reports to the executive board.
• Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Lead and develop the finance team to their full potential.
• Liaise with shareholders, financial institutions, and auditors.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role (CFO, VP of Finance, Finance Director).
• Strong understanding of diverse business sectors and the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in both Thai and English.
