Assistant Chief Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor and supervise the maintenance of critical plant systems, including HVAC, electrical grids, plumbing, boilers, chillers, and fire-safety systems.
• Assign, track, and review daily maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for the engineering team.
• Conduct safety briefings, ensure compliance with OSHA or local safety regulations, and train staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical or technical failures that require senior expertise beyond a standard technician's skill set.
• Implement energy-conservation programs to optimize utility consumption (electricity, water, gas) across the property.
• Maintain accurate logs of equipment repairs, service histories, blueprints, and regulatory inspection certificates.
• Other tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 3–5 years of engineering experience in a large facility (e.g., a 4 or 5-star hotel, hospital, or commercial skyscraper).
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role (such as Engineering Supervisor or Lead Technician).
• Strong proficiency with Building Management Systems (BMS), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and reading architectural blueprints.
• Decisive problem-solving under pressure, clear communication skills for coordinating with other department heads, and strong team leadership.
