Duty Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations during the shift to ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are met
• Personally welcome and escort VIPs, executive members, or corporate clients upon arrival.
• Log all incidents, guest feedback, and resolutions in the daily Shift Report to pass on to department heads
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving severe or complex customer complaints that supervisors cannot handle.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role (such as Shift Supervisor)
• Minimum 3–5 years of operational experience within the target industry (e.g., front office, retail floor, or guest services).
• Proficiency in industry-specific software
• Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ), sharp problem-solving capabilities, cultural awareness, and fluent English communication skills.
