• Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
• Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least bachelor's in culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
• At least 5 years in Food & Beverage background
• Good skills in monitoring and follow up
• Strong leadership skill
• Good analytical thinking and interpersonal skills and problem solving
• Excellent command in English and computer literate
• Managerial level skills are required
• Good collaboration and teamwork skills
