Jr.-Sr.IT Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide support and troubleshoot computer systems, IT equipment, and network issues within the warehouse.
• Maintain and support barcode scanners, PDAs, handheld devices, and related equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot label printers and other peripheral devices.
• Support warehouse operations through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Install, maintain, and inspect computer hardware, software, and IT equipment used in the warehouse.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and basic communication issues.
• Monitor and ensure the proper operation and availability of CCTV systems.
• Provide on-site technical support and resolve user issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with vendors and relevant teams to resolve system-related issues.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and Windows operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, NVR, TCP/IP networking, and LAN cabling.
• Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Warehouse IT is an advantage.
• Knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, barcode scanners, or label printers is preferred.
• Able to work on-site in a warehouse environment and handle field support tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
