Warehouse Supervisor (Chinese Speaking)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate customer shipments: Confirm shipment volume, system booking, receipt of goods, record keeping, and manage any delivery issues.
• Warehouse management: Coordinate with service providers for shipping, inbound/outbound management, warehouse operations, WMS system operation, and X-Ray equipment operation.
• Sales support: Collaborate with sales colleagues to serve clients.
• Procurement and management: Manage materials and consumables.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Chiese and English. Must be proficient in Chinese for work; fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• English proficiency is required, with the ability to handle basic communication and office tasks.
• Team player, passionate about work, responsible, and attentive.
• 1-3 years of work experience in the international logistics industry (e.g., UPS/DHL/FedEx), familiar with pre-sales, sales, and post-sales processes.
