Collect, validate, and analyze warehouse operational data (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns).
Monitor and report key KPIs such as Order Fulfillment Rate, Inventory Accuracy, Picking Accuracy, On-time Dispatch, and Productivity per Man-hour.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Analyze stock movement and identify slow-moving or aging inventory.
Support cycle count and stock reconciliation analysis.
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Support cost analysis (storage cost, labor cost per CBM / per order).
Work closely with Key Account, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, and Finance teams.
Maintain and improve reporting dashboards (Excel / Power BI / WMS data extraction).

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
1–3 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or operational data analysis.
Strong Excel skills (Power BI , Excel).
Experience using WMS (Warehouse Management System).
Knowledge of KPI measurement in warehouse operations.
Experience with Power BI or other BI tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
