• Interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications to create accurate and visually appealing 3D models
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
• Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations that showcase architectural designs in a realistic and captivating manner
• Apply textures, materials, lighting, and environmental effects to enhance the visual impact of 3D models
• Optimize and refine 3D models for performance and visual quality
• Utilize software such as Sketchup, Autodesk 3Ds Max, Autodesk AutoCAD, Lumion, Twinmotion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, V-ray, and Corona to achieve desired visual outcomes
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and software advancements in the field of architectural visualization
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, project managers, and clients
• Maintain an organized library of assets, textures, and reference materials to support efficient workflow

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in architecture, design, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, with a focus on architectural visualization
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings
• Proficiency in software such as Sketchup, Autodesk 3Ds Max, Autodesk AutoCAD, Lumion, Twinmotion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, V-ray, and Corona
• Solid understanding of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
• Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques
• Familiarity with architectural design principles, materials, and construction processes
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and visually appealing work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
