The job is based in Prachinburi, working 3 days in a week in Prachinburi. The other two days is working from home or travel to visit suppliers in Bangkok and surrounding provinces (Samutprakarn, Pathumthani).
Able to communicate verbally and in writing fluently in English, Thai and Mandarin dialects. The communication with the VP Global and colleagues will be in English, which is very important to have strong English language skill.
Technical degree in related field.
5 or more years’ experience in Manufacturing quality environment or related field.
Demonstrated ability to work in supplier sites performing audits and Corrective Action Plans.
Demonstrated implementation of Corrective action process.
Able to read and evaluate Engineering drawings.
Able to Translate Thai dialects into English and English documents into Thai dialects.
Proficiency in excel, word power-point, and other fundamental computer skills. Has a laptop computer for use in this job.
Demonstrated capability to work independently and use the skills of influence to accomplish objectives.
Able to multitask and still meet timing and objectives.
Ability to travel outside of Thailand if needed is desired, but not required.
Have transportation to get to and from work and travel within Thailand to suppliers a required.

1. Perform process quality audits as required.
2. Perform on site source inspection.
3. Manage new component approval process.
4. Identify alternate suppliers as directed.
5. Investigate quality issues.
6. Provide daily communication and feedback to TransAct on the current and new issues.
7. Provide direct interface to the supplier.
8. Drive corrective actions including containment, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and verification.
9. Perform Tier 2 Supplier audits and follow up on issues.
10. Verify effective implementation of product and process changes.
11. Other duties as assigned.
