Warehouse Operator (Data Entry Officer)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Coordinate with CSR team for outbound shipment as daily basis • Ensure the data and information accuracy and completely prior to entering all of them into the Warehouse Management System for picking list creation • Prepare the full set of delivery documents before releasing truck on road • Troubleshot a daily transportation problem

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Good command of English • Computer literate in Microsoft and JDE system will be added advantage • Strong analytical skills and Flexible to operate in order to meet with shorten timeline and satisfy our customer needs • Able to work under pressure, and routine daily work with accuracy • Able to work in shift pattern, Mon-Sat (half-day) and long working hours • Self-motivated, result oriented • Strong problem-solving abilities with good logical thinking, and strong communication to deal with facing problem • Helpful in mindset, including flexible and adapt to meet with customer expectation • Strong interpersonal skills with establish relationships across organization levels, both internally and externally • Positive can-do attitude
