• Guide and assist the team with customer inquiries on products.
• Oversee daily operations, including attendance, scheduling, and team development.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of customer service operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
• Foster strong communication within the team and with potential customers.
• Proactively maintain and improve customer relationships.
• Train, develop, and support team members to reach their full potential.
• Monitor performance and adjust training as needed.
• Lead the team towards achieving both individual and company goals.
• Innovate and implement new procedures to streamline customer service.
• Ensure policies and procedures are clearly communicated and followed.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Able to work 6 days a week
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 3+ years in B2C customer service, with team leadership experience
• Strong multitasking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication in Thai
• Proficiency in online customer engagement platforms and channels
