Sales Manager ( Event )

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Sales pitching and leading new clients
• Responsibilities including budgeting, strategic planning and daily operations.
• Responsible for developing and growing the business while also seeking opportunities for expansion of the business into the services spectrum
• The preparation of commercial proposals
• Developing and implementing outreach plans to meet sales KPI and targets
• Prepare event result report for client-side
• Strong in sales, customer relationship and people skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 3-5+ years’ experience in Event Management, Event Operations or related field with experience managing people and projects.
• Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with management, staff, contractors, partners and the public.
• Excellent Creative idea, organizational, planning and project management skill.
• Takes action and shows initiative; Displays a can-do attitude.
• Able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Able and willing to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends & holidays as necessary.
• Conduct risk assessment and establish crisis management plans for events.
