Event Project Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Present event concept to customers and ensure customers’ satisfaction/ requirements.
• Collaborate with all concerned departments and customers to facilitate event projects both local and international.
• Planning, controlling and managing budget for event, collateral materials and online/offline media production coordination
• Ensuring the level of excellence in all creative and design work implemented and executed is consistent, cohesive, and within budget and timeline.
• Managing and coordinating with suppliers, vendors and business partners.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 3-7 years of direct experience in Event or Project management specialized in event service industry
• Good command of English both verbal and written
• Highly responsible, patient and able to meet with strict deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Other computers programs needs also digital person are prefer
• Service minded, dynamic with high level of initiative and creativity, able to work under pressure
