Ad Optimization Specialist:
We are seeking an Ad Optimization Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising and data analysis, with a keen eye for optimizing ad performance across various platforms.
At Brickpaths You Will:
- Ad Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Line, and other relevant channels.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to enhance ROI.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum campaign impact.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on ad performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective advertising strategies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging advertising technologies to keep Brickpaths at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Ad Copy and Creative Development: Assist in the creation of compelling ad copy and visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad content.

- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
