เวลาทำงาน : 08:00 - 17:30

เวลาทำงานอื่น : ทำงานที่บ้านได้ เมื่อตึกมีวันหยุด หรือกรณีอื่น ตามความเหมาะสม

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• • Strategize Pricing, Marketing, and Promotion Plans on all E-commerce sites (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, etc.)
• • Handle Daily Product Orders and Packing from all Platforms. (Work as a Team)
• • Arrange Logistics/Courier for Pickup of parcels or Drop Off or Grab (Work as a Team)
• • Be able to find the logistics/freight forwarder for import/export is a plus.
• • Responsible for Daily Weekly, Monthly In/Out Stock Updates.
• • Handle Customer Engagement on E-commerce Platforms and social media.
• • Ability to liaise with Other Teams (Graphic,Account).
• • Ability to compile reports on Sales Revenue, Profits, Operating Costs, and Budgeting to team.
• • Possess Digital Marketing skills and experience in managing and launching marketing programs for new products etc.
• • Reply to customers online every day in 12 hours.
• • Do a live stream on TikTok or Shopee Live 1-2 hours daily (case by case).
• • Handle Claim Product process to client and HQ.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• • Preferably 1-2 Year of working experience in the Operations side of Online/e-commerce business.
• • Have relevant work experience in LAZADA and SHOPEE in Thailand and other social media channels as seller.
• • Possess Sales, Digital Marketing, Financial budgeting, and customer service skills.
• • Creative/Strategic Thinker with good communication and negotiation skills.
• • Basic English required ONLY/Chinese is a plus.
• • Independent, proactive, punctual, responsible and confident personality.
• • Experience in Live steaming on TikTok or Shopee Live is a plus.
• • Knowledge how to summarize platform reports for the management.
• • Immediately start to work (preferably).
