Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Oversee the company’s marketing budget.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Manage Brand identity.
Prepare online and print marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
Work closely with agencies and assist with new product launches.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
Provide engaging text, image, and video content for all social media and professional accounts.
Respond to customers in a timely manner.
Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.

At least 5 years of Marketing experience in 5 Star hotels or at Luxury lifestyle properties at a management level.
With a very proactive and positive attitude to work and demonstrate flexibility.
Good level of English plus one additional language and a good communicator.
Must possess advanced computational ability.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Phuket.
