Marketing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Oversee the company’s marketing budget.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Manage Brand identity.
• Prepare online and print marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Work closely with agencies and assist with new product launches.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
• Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
• Provide engaging text, image, and video content for all social media and professional accounts.
• Respond to customers in a timely manner.
• Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 5 years of Marketing experience in 5 Star hotels or at Luxury lifestyle properties at a management level.
• With a very proactive and positive attitude to work and demonstrate flexibility.
• Good level of English plus one additional language and a good communicator.
• Must possess advanced computational ability.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Phuket.
