Assist to analyze customer pattern/ behavior from customer database to find the meaningful insight and identify the marketing opportunity.
Conduct buyer journey research to help team optimize our website, marketing touchpoints, and sales approach.
Assist in developing Customer Data dashboard.
Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports and operational analysis.
Conduct regular competitive research
Work with tools, software, dashboards and with process owners to identify the requirements and prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports
Generate report on operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis, and present summary of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format
Collate data from multiple sources and dashboards, establish the cause-and-effect relationships between different data points
Automating manual efforts by developing Macros, VBA scripts and advanced MS Excel for process improvements. Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Assist in setting up customer segments in customer engagement platform.

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics or related field.
2-3 years of experience in Data analytics, Marketing automation platform, CRM/ loyalty, business analytics field is preferable.
Excel (vlookup, pivot table, charts) is a must
Experience in Advanced Excel, Macros & VBA is preferred
Experience with analysis and visualization tool such as power BI is preferable
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
Good understanding of ITIL process (incident/problem/change/asset management)
Excellent communication skills (Strong Verbal and Written Skills)
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Excellent in creating reports and documentations
Customer focus, analytical thinking, have willingness to learn new things.
