หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Lead and manage the new product development (NPD) and exiting product development (EPD) processes to ensure they are in line with market trends, commercialization, tracking of the evaluation, and performance to support customer satisfaction and business growth. • To ensure that the product is built with integrity, and intention and aligned with brand vision and values. • Work with internal and external departments to ensure project launches are completed on schedule. • Monitor and validate product manufacturing at each stage and details of development. Oversee the prototypes process for new/existing items and undertake effectiveness testing. • To ensure that all supported materials and all sections has the necessary capacities, production BOM’s and capabilities to place orders for the components and products in line with the launch schedule

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Chemical, Engineer, Textile, Management or related. • Experienced in Technical development, textile development field. • Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service. • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple company initiatives and encourage coworkers to do the same. • Strong knowledge in textile or fabric development. • High skilled in Microsoft Excel, ppt and word. • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis. • Excellent organizational and time management skills with an appropriate sense of urgency • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
