หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Greets and interacts with arriving guests when they enter the outlet, ensuring guests’ first impression.
Assesses available table for guests and escorts them to the table.
Estimates wait times for guests, monitors guest waiting list, and ensures the needs of guests are met while they are waiting.
Ensures that waiting guests are made comfortable and kept informed of the status of their waiting times to be seated or waiting for take orders.
Monitors the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables.
Answers telephone receives reservations and organizes tables to accommodate large parties.
Takes initial drink orders. (if assigned)
Records number of covers and turn-over of operation shift.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess or Waiter/Waitress.
Good communication skills, good command in English or Third language.
Understanding of restaurant etiquette.
Service minded and team spirit.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Demonstrable customer-service skills.
Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person) or experience in managing reservations.
Strong organizational skills.
Availability to work in shifts as needed
Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift.
