Bartender (Speakeasy Bar)

• Create cocktail recipes and develop bar menus for all Jim Thompson Heritage Quarter outlets
• Ensure beverage quality and consistency for both à la carte service and private events
• Oversee end-to-end bar preparation for events, including beverages, glassware, equipment, and setup
• Monitor beverage inventory, par stock, and control beverage costs efficiently
• Handle beverage ordering (PR orders) and maintain accurate inventory records
• Analyze market and competitor trends to improve bar performance and guest experience
• Handle guest complaints, requests, and enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Ensure guests receive high-quality beverage experiences and service standards
• Engage with guests to promote the brand, services, and facilities positively
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bartending or bar operations, preferably in hotels, restaurants, or lifestyle hospitality businesses
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beverage preparation, and current mixology trends
• Experience in cocktail creation and bar menu development
• Good understanding of beverage costing, inventory control, and bar operations
• Experience handling events, private functions, or high-volume service operations is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate bar staff
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude, service-minded, and able to work well under pressure
• Good command of English communication
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
