หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Duties & Responsibilities • Provides professional SHE, fire and security advice, technical information, direction and support to Top Management, and line managers to enable satisfactory discharge of statutory obligations. • Defines, manages and implements programs covering SHE elements of business risks • Compliance monitoring against SHE legislative requirements including clear concise monthly progress reports internally and externally. • Prepares and issue reports to external bodies, including reports to the public register, as well as non-routine notifiable excursions, including corrective and remedial actions. • Develops / supports improvements in all aspects of SHE, fire and security, management & operational key risk control. • Carries out Internal and external SHE and ISO standards audits. Ensures that the Senior Management audits of the Safety, Environment and Critical Systems are planned, carried out and actions completed. • Interprets & delivers SHE legislation updates to management and operational teams. Provide technical expertise and professional guidance to line management in managing SHE programs. • Identifies and implements projects to promote increase SHE improvements. • Identifies SHE training requirements ensuring this meets legislative and company requirements. Identifies appropriate SHE key performance indicators and monitors / reacts to them giving sustainable compliant solutions. • Develop and maintain good working relationship with relevant statutory and government regulatory bodies. • Ensures SHE aspects of change management, including minor & major modifications are completed with relevant assessments & notifications completed in line with company & statutory requirements. • Responsible for any accident / incident investigation, root cause identification and trend analysis. • Directs, investigate and manage employee liability claims • Develops on Site Emergency plans in conjunction with the stake holders & local authorities.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Qualification •Degree in Engineering, Environmental, Health & Safety, with minimum 7 years’ experience in HSE and at least 4-5 of those in manufacturing environment •Must be registered with OSH Authority of Thailand as a competent Health & Safety Officer •In-depth knowledge of the Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Protection Laws & Regulations, preferably with knowledge in OHSAS 18001 and/or ISO 14001 •Experienced with compliance audits and HSE management systems •Have the ability to listen, speak, read, write and converse confidently in English. •An excellent communicator (both oral and written), capable of conveying ideas and concepts, and making formal presentations •Must possess strong organisational and technical skills, a real passion for their work and drive to get the job done •Ability to persuade and influence others effectively Reporting to High Management •Can work at the plant in Nakornprathom / Can work 6 days
