Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • To undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. • Finance Controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management. • Lead the financial input into the formulation and implementation of the Strategic Plan, Budget, and any other key strategic planning. • Working with Management team to prepare budgets and track profit /loss performance by business unit and on consolidated basis. • Maintaining and reporting accurate and timely financial and operating information and provide analysis interpretations and projections. • Generating cash flows statements and ensuring an adequate cash flow to allow business units to operate effectively. • Creating solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial knowledge. Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities. Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues. • Providing advice on financial matters impacting on the company. Preparing and presenting financial reports for meetings and investors. Preparing financial reports and submissions to relevant government entities. Providing all detail for financial report distribute to owner as need. • Arranging financial audits and reviews as required. Payment of invoices and fees as required or otherwise instructed. Complete tax filings and dealing with matters relating to the outsourcing team. • Preparing monthly account reconciliations and taking actions accordingly. Taking responsibility for month-end closing. To ensure that standard Finance policy and procedure are implemented. Taking responsibility for the professional development of all Finance staff. This includes identifying training needs and supporting the release of staff to attend training.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field. • 5 years of experience as Accounting & Finance function; preferably managing the multiple business units. • Expertise in Finance and Accounting jobs with management and analytical skills. • Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks • Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills. • Respond appropriately to evaluation and changes in the work setting. • Good knowledge of Thai rules and regulations related to taxes and finance regulations Good command in English and Thai. • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Eager to learn new thing and embrace challenge
