• Identify key business opportunities and define strategic focus areas
• Develop mid- to long-term business strategies driven by data and market insights
• Design solution differentiation strategies and market positioning
• Plan and improve marketing strategies and go-to-market approaches
• Explore new customer segments (e.g., small facilities, residential/B2C market)
• Collaborate with regional teams across Southeast Asia & Oceania
• Support team operations with some administrative tasks

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Solid foundational understanding of HVAC systems, building infrastructure, or energy management, or a strong willingness to learn and apply these concepts in real-world business scenarios
• Basic knowledge or interest in IoT, data analytics, and system integration, with the ability to leverage data for problem-solving and service development
• Familiarity with digital technologies such as cloud platforms, software solutions, or smart systems, and how they can enhance building performance and customer value
• Ability to think beyond traditional B2B models and explore new opportunities such as B2C
• Proactive, curious, and able to develop and validate ideas independently
• Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment
• English proficiency (TOEIC 600+ preferred)
• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify issues, structure problems, and derive insights from data
• Ability to develop hypotheses and validate them through data-driven analysis, supporting strategic decision-making
