Roles & responsibilities - Onboard and conduct orientation with new staff - Consult with staff on a regular basis - Plan staff engagement activites - Work with the CEO to execute and monitor the company's culture - Work with the CEO to solve human-related issues in the organization - Execute administrative aspects of staff, including paperwork, benefits, employment contracts etc.

Skills & attributes - Minimum 3 years experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role - Willing and able to perform all HR-related administrative tasks - Knowledge of employment law - Excellent interpersonal skills, and problem-solving ability - Ability to articulate ideas and conduct staff training / orientation - English language skills (speaking, writing, reading) is a plus Additional details - Level : Officer (potential for promotion to manager in a short period of time if perform well) - Education : Degree or above - Work format : full time, hybrid
