Digital Marketing Manager (Agency)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Roles & responsibilities - Lead a sub-team of 5-8 staff (digital marketers, content writers, graphics, AEs, production) to execute client projects, across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LINE, Twitter, Googleads etc). - The sub-team will manage at least 8 projects. - In charge of managing (1) daily project execution (2) coordination between different teams e.g. Marketer, graphics, production, AE, (3) project handover from sales (4) client briefing process - Oversee both performance marketing (leads-driven) projects, and awareness projects (content-driven) - Be accountable for campaign performance of all customers and drive the team to achieve results. - Be accountable for revenue of the sub-team, renewal of all client accounts and report to Marketing Director on key KPIs. - Training of team members - Join client meetings to facilitate AE in project discussions.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Skills & attributes - Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing. - Have led a digital marketing agency team before. - Knowledge across the whole digital marketing spectrum with deep knowledge in performance marketing, media buying, and media production. - Ability to train juniors - Process-driven - Ability and willingness to oversee a large volume of projects. - Exceptional presentation skills and ability to present to clients and negotiate client renewals. - English language skills (speaking, writing, reading) is a plus Additional details - Level : Manager - Education : Degree or above - Work format : full time, hybrid
