Technical Training Manager & Product Development (Digital Marketing)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Roles & responsibilities TRAINING : - Design bespoke digital marketing training programs for marketing staff and sales. - Act as instructor for all training programs. - Work with HR department and team directors to identify knowledge gaps in staff and initiate traning. - Design knowledge test and exercises - Manage training budget - Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report them to CEO. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT : - Work with the CEO, team directors, and operation teams to design and experiment with new digital marketing packages. - Research new digital marketing trends, and MarTech tools and incorporate them into new package ideas.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Skills & attributes - Minimum 5 years of experience as a digital marketer or similar role - Team training experience - Experience in marketing package development - Deep knowledge of digital marketing across a wide variety of areas, such as performance marketing, content marketing, branding, marketing planning, CPAS etc. - Deep knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, LINE, Tiktok, Twitter etc - Exceptional ability to articulate ideas and conduct staff training / orientation - English language skills (speaking, writing, reading) is a plus Additional details - Level : Manager - Education : Degree or above - Work format : full time, hybrid
