Assistant Sales Manager (Dealer & Finance)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for expanding business partners and growth of sales revenue, focusing on Dealer and Finance channels
• Being a team manager who creates and executes the business strategy growth plan to identify profitable business opportunities, expand business partners and sales growth also manage strong relationships with existing partners
• Collect sales data to analyze problems and plan to develop sales volumes following the objectives set by the company
• Able to analyze, recommend, solve problems, control quality, and develop the team to work with maximum efficiency
• Train and work with related parties to conduct insurance training programs for sales and services staff

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields
• At least 7 years of experience in Non-life insurance and team management
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Demonstrated leadership/teamwork skills
• Computer proficient, including Microsoft Office
