Channel Sales Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Expansion of business partnerships and drive sales revenue growth, with a focus on agent channel.
• Assist in executing business development plans and identifying potential business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
• Collect and compile sales data to support problem analysis and contribute to planning efforts aimed at increasing sales volume in line with company objectives.
• Analyze operational issues, provide recommendations, and support quality control measures to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive project execution toward successful goal achievement

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partner management, preferably in Insurance
• Experience in working with agent/broker channels is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain business relationships
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
