Service Technician

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities : • Execute service jobs according to the job execution procedure. The service jobs can be either the jobs performed at the customer site like commissioning, troubleshooting /repair, calibration, training etc. or the jobs performed in the workshop like repair, calibration etc. • Provide telephone technical support for customers as required. • Handle any other jobs or responsibilities which may be additionally assigned by the superior. • Learn and update technical knowledge regularly to ensure up to date knowledge on the products. • Participate service training and obtain certificates in order to get qualified for the position. Qualifications : • Thai Nationality. • Male. • High vocation of Instrumentation, Electrical,Electronics or related field. • 0-5 years experiences in service or maintenance of process instrumentation. • Having experience on quality management system will be an advantage. • Good Technical Knowledge skills. • Good command of English. • Good communication skills. • Ability to build and sustain relationships with customers.
