หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• To lead in achieving sales objectives as set by management.
• Territory sales plan design in order to maximise the sales revenue from the assigned territory under supervision
• Monitor territory sales, inventory level, pricing policy and operating expenses in order to ensure corporate territory sales target is met in the intended speed, professional, ethical and profitable manner.
• Builds clinical competence and develop deep understanding of key accounts in order to meet and sustain sales growth. Build strong relationship with Customers.
• Forecast cost-effective inventory level and implement measures to attain optimum level of inventory in order to maximize profit. Coordinate direct supplies and collections.
• To follow up on PO and tenders
• Gather market intelligence information in order to provide an accurate reference to company's own sales and Marketing Strategy
• Coordinate all non-sales interaction with customer (ie conferences, physician visits, VIP visits) in order to facilitate direct communication.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai Native Speaker
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Highly motivated, reliable, proactive and hands-on
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization and to customers
• Willingness to travel
