Marketing Communication Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and manage marketing communication strategies covering both new customer acquisition and existing user retention.
• Lead CRM strategy and customer segmentation to enhance communication effectiveness and long-term customer value.
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B testing for campaigns, promotions, and communication messages.
• Manage and oversee marketing communications across online and offline channels, including performance tracking and measurement.
• Plan and control marketing budget allocation to ensure alignment with business objectives and ROI.
• Oversee marketing events and activities from planning through execution and post-event evaluation.
• Define, monitor, and manage marketing KPIs to ensure targets are met.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer data to generate insights and provide strategic recommendations to management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communication, CRM, or integrated marketing.
• Proven experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of customer journey, segmentation, and data-driven marketing.
• Solid analytical, performance measurement, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and marketing budget management capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data handling and analysis is preferred.
• Experience working with large-scale customer or marketing datasets.
• Background in performance marketing or marketing technology tools.
• Experience in digital, technology, e-commerce, or data-driven organizations.
