Production Engineer Leader (สาย Chemical)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Supervise and monitor daily production operations to ensure alignment with production plans and schedules
• Manage manpower planning, including shift allocation and overtime control in accordance with production volume
• Lead, coach, and develop production staff to enhance performance and capability
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and business targets
• Drive productivity improvement initiatives and control operational costs
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports in English
• Identify and resolve production issues through effective troubleshooting
• Oversee performance management and ensure team compliance with company policies
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male, age not over 45 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Science, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning and control within chemical, petrochemical, or related industries
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Able to work under pressure and in a shift-based environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
