Business Development Executive – Dealer Channel

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers and business partners
• Support sales growth and market expansion through dealer channels
• Monitor dealer performance, sales activities, and market trends
• Conduct dealer visits, business reviews, and customer relationship management
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and sales activities
• Provide product training and sales support to dealer teams
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and Customer Service teams
• Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and dealer records

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management or related fields
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in: Dealer sales, Channel sales, Business development, Construction materials, Building materials, Construction chemicals
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of dealer and distribution business models.
• Good command of Thai and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred experience in flooring systems, waterproofing, tiling systems, or construction chemicals.
