Specification Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Promote products and system solutions to architects, consultants, developers, and contractors
• Secure product specifications in project and tender documents
• Track construction projects from design stage to completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, seminars, and product demonstrations
• Prepare technical proposals, specifications, and presentation materials
• Coordinate with Technical Support, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project updates
• Maintain CRM records, project pipeline, and reporting systems
• Support exhibitions, customer events, and business development activities

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 2–5 years experience in Specification sales, Construction materials, Construction chemicals, Building materials, Project sales
• Experience with consultants, architects, or developers is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of construction systems and project processes.
• Commercial mindset with business development capability.
• Good command of Thai and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
