Technical Training Engineer

• Position Overview. As a Technical Training Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs to employees. Your role will involve creating training materials, conducting classroom and training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to ensure that training content aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Good command of English, both written and spoken. (TOEIC 550+ is preferred) Knowledge of electronic or mechanical engineering is required. Familiarity with e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire trainees.
