IT System Engineer (โรจนะ อยุธยา)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible for IT Infrastructure and Security areas including but not limited to Server, Network, Virtualization, Storage, Software License, Server Room, Email Service, and Firewall. • Manage day-to-day IT operations that ensure IT service availability. • Monitor and respond effectively to issues received via the IT ticketing system. • Monitor IT services regularly and coordinate scheduled maintenance. • Perform administrative work on networking, security, and backup. Make sure all systems are compliant with IT policy.

• Possess good problem-solving and analytical skills. Applicant must be willing to travel from site to site. Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English language will be added advantages. Positive attitude, integrity, responsibility, and accountability with an initiative for improvement.
